Guest Services is one of the most important spots on any HAL ship.

Did your keycard stop working?	Get it fixed here.
Is your plumbing malfunctioning?	They'll send a plumber to your cabin pronto.
Have an issue with your shipboard account?	Get it resolved here.
Do you need some one-dollar bills for Room Service?	Make change here.
Do you need to exchange some cash for foreign currency?	Do it here.
Do you need some local postage stamps?	They can sell them to you.
Do you have a complaint?	Complain here.
Was a crew member outstanding?	Compliment them here.
Do you want reservations for a specialty restaurant?	Reserve here.
Do you need more towels?	Request them here.
Want to book a massage?	Book here.
Want a pocket map of the ship?	Get one here.
Are you feeling seasick?	Get something to settle your stomach here.

But wait.

There may be a better way.

One without long lines.

• If you're in a Neptune Suite, go to the Neptune Lounge. The concierge there can do almost everything that Guest Services can do for you (and more).
• If you're in a Signature Suite, phone the concierge.

Either way, the concierge will be your fairy godmother.

Finally, if there's something that you MUST do at Guest Services, for goodness sake don't do it when there's a long line. If you're up late at night, go then. If you're and early bird, go then. Remember Guest Services is open 24/7 to serve you!
