The Neptune Lounge

The Neptune Lounge (midships Deck 7 - Rotterdam Deck) is available only to those in Neptune Suites and Pinnacle Suites. It has a television, comfortable seating, light food and beverages, and a concierge. The only thing it lacks is an ocean view.

The concierge is the best perk by far. She or he will make dining reservations for you, book shore excursions, make you a new room key if yours should stop working, assist with problems on your account, and more. In fact, the concierge can do anything you'd stand in line to do at Guest Services or the Shore Excursions Office. And if you don't want to walk all the way down to the Neptune Lounge, you can pick up the phone and call your concierge. It's a wonderful convenience that you'll greatly appreciate ... if you're in a Neptune Suite, that is.

But here's a bit of good news, the concierge is available to everyone in Signature Suites (at least by phone) as well because it's also a perk for to Club Orange members. Enjoy.
