The Library (forward starboard side Deck 3 - Promenade Deck) offers a particularly comfortable spot to read and relax. It has hundreds of books you can borrow to read during the cruise as well as reference books and a "book exchange" where you can swap a book you've already read for something you haven't.
You can also pick up a copy of the daily Trivia challenge, the New York Times Crossword Puzzle, and a daily Sudoku.
Until recently, Libraries had disappeared from HAL ships, but company executives said passengers' displeasure over that decision was communicated to them loud and clear, and Libraries were restored to every HAL ship in the most recent series of dry docks.
But whatever you do, make sure you return any books you've borrowed to the Library before you disembark. If you don't, a big, burly security officer might just check YOU in!
