Guest Services (midships port side Deck 1 - Main Deck) is where you'll go to resolve most
problems. If there's an error in a charge to your account, you contact Guest Services. If you need
to buy stamps, to change currency, or make change, you go to Guest Services. If your toilet is
overflowing or your room key has stopped working, you get help from Guest Services. To see more, click

While you can purchase
or cancel Shore Excursions online, with The Navigator App or using your cabin television, you
sometimes need to talk to someone about a Shore Excursion - to get more detail about the level of activity involved, for example. And the
Shore Excursions Office (forward starboard side Deck 11 - Observation Deck) is the spot to do just that. To
